2. Data we process
We only process data you provide voluntarily via the contact form or e‑mail: first name, last name (optional), e‑mail address and the content of your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract),
- establishing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
4. Recipients
Data may be processed by our technical service providers: FormSubmit (contact form), Netlify (hosting) and our e‑mail provider. We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and fulfil an order, and no longer than the limitation period of potential claims.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). To exercise your rights, write to info@aerra.pl.
7. Voluntary provision
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your inquiry.
8. Cookies and analytics
aerra.pl does not use marketing or profiling cookies and does not track users. Purchases are handled on Etsy, which applies its own privacy policy.
